Text messages
- We want to make sure that the phone type listed for the contact is Mobile and not Landline with signing the contact up for text messages. The same with households everyone in the household phone type will need to be listed as Mobile for everyone to receive the test messages as well.
- Because if the phone type is still listed as Landline the contact won't receive the text message for the assessment it will still receive call to do the assessment over the phone.
Volunteer website
- New website micontacttracingvolunteers.com. Volunteers can go to the website and sign up for their shift now. Starting on Monday 06/08 volunteers can also clock in/clock out for their scheduled shifts.
Call outcome/ Positive test
- call outcome list regarding what to put for contacts that state they already test positive.
- Volunteer stated case closed outcome list Case closed/other on the FAQ is for - If someone speaks a language other than English make a note of their preferred language and mark case closed so they can be followed up with latter in the correct language. Seven days has passed since the contact start date and unable to reach the person
Will need to update the FAQ call outcome sheet and have everything group together for better understanding.
Noting the call
- If is very important that we are leaving notes when we call the contact. We should leave a little description in the untitled notes box (VM or Successful or etc.)
- Leave a full notes in the notes section describing the call or anything that is important that will help the next caller on their call. More notes the better.
