- Please remember to clock in and out before a shift. It is helpful for volunteers to be able to keep track of their hours and on the back end for data purposes.
- You are able to update your volunteer hours if you forgot to clock in or out.
- Updated training materials should be sent out in the near future.
- You will be able to access resources on the volunteer website shortly.
- We are looking into updating the in-progress script to reflect the reopening of Michigan and stress the importance of staying home.
- We are unable to make voicemail script more specific because we need to keep the contacts information confidential.
- Contacts should be able to call us back in the near future.
- Everyone is calling from the same queue and ideally should run out of contacts at the same time, however, we are seeing that some people have contacts a little longer than others.
- Assessments completed is currently not accurate for some and we are looking further into this.
