  • The "Stay Home Stay Safe" order is being removed from the script tonight, so volunteers and supervisors be on the look out to make sure that did go through and if it doesn't show up.
  • Articles have been added to "knowledge" for you to search, your supervisors will send out the list of things you can search in your chatter feed. ( ex. how to switch from English script to Spanish script )
  • When first logging into Trace Force stay offline while you look over the FAQ's&Tips or if you are just preparing before your shift. If you are set to available you may and will receive incoming calls when you may not be prepared for them.
  • question? Can we get the " is English you primary language" moved up in the script? MDHHS is looking into it when.
  • Volunteers and Supervisors had successful household contacts! Very exciting!
  • Question? When calls are coming in should the script pop up automatically? Yes, it should. MDHHS is looking in to why it possibly is not showing up when incoming calls are coming in.

Possibly could be that they are using their cell phones to make the calls and not the softphone .

  • If incoming calls do not generate a contacts information/script try and search with the "Name" given by the contact whom your speaking with to see if you can pull up their information that way.
  • We ask volunteers not to search a contact because it could lock the contact for the rest of the day(only under certain circumstances)
  • Question? Can we add Volunteer portal information with knowledge and keep the info fresh with each update/change? We are looking into somehow merging the information.
  • Question? Can we track our hours for the nightly debriefs in the portal? Yes, you'd like to document these hours as volunteer hours you can.
  • How to receive an incoming call: Make sure you are on available, You have to click talk to next contact wait for it to connect to a incoming call then they should have the option to accept the call with a green check mark or decline the call with a red x.

If this is not happening when you are receiving incoming calls please tell your supervisor or screen shot if possible and send to your supervisor to send to MDHHS.

  • I a contact is receiving an ERROR message when trying to complete their SMS text survey it could mean one of two things.
  1. The link they choose has to be the link sent to them that day not the day before the same exact day.
  2. If contact ignored text for two days we will be reaching out to them.
  • When completing your outcome, the next volunteer will NOT be able to see what you put as the outcome. That is why its important to note each call so we know what happened. Even if its left VM.
  • Notes that have shown up to the side of the VM script will be removed if there was any confusion about those.
  • MDHHS is looking into getting volunteers and supervisors the content that would be sent out via email or SMS text to contacts, more specific information.
  • Choosing shifts it's first come first serve. Always check back though daily or every couple days to see if anything has opened up.
  • Debrief ran and noted by Margaret Martinez.
