- V3.1 going live tomorrow. Keep an eye out for an update email with more information and release notes (like usual)
- We got our first report back from 211 about how many people are using the service. Not many! We do want to be highlighting this resource for contacts that need help with staying in quarantine - script updates that go into place tomorrow should help, but keep encouraging it!
- As always, if there are any glitches with v3.1, please PLEASE let a supervisor know ASAP - and record as many details as you can about the issue (what time it happened, what screen you were on, what happened, screenshots, etc.)
- Please remember to record an outcome/disposition for each contact that you open up. We know it's easy to close out of a contact accidentally.
- THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO! You've been getting through 1000+ contacts/day for the past several days - a record high for us, since we have so many new LHDs using the platform and our help. Thank you!!!
