Questions and Answers

• What can we offer parents when they have to stay home with a child that was exposed?
• When that happens we can reach out to LHD and get them connected
• Are Rapid tests valid?
• Yes, Rapid positive is considered positive
• Doctors are assuming patients positives even without testing based off of symptoms, how should we proceed?
• That is considered a clinical diagnosis, and are considered valid.. You may mark that as a positive case. Be sure to add as much detailed notes as possible.
• When adding info like Email, schools and more do we need to mark in the script, notes and info tile?
• You only need to update the script and notes. The info tile will update on its own. But the notes and assessment are required and needed.
• Clarification on school info: We have recommended manually entering for adults who work in schools, because adult assessments don't contain the prompts for school info. Like an adult contact who is a teacher, good to catch that info in notes. But if contact is a minor, the school info prompts are already in script and I see no need to double-capture.
• You can update additional info in the info tile that can be updated- if items were missed such as name, age, phone type or email.  
• We're building a requirement into case investigation so that if an age is not entered for the contact, the investigator will have to check box for minor Y / N. But I don't know how soon this will go live.
• Are we still recruiting? What qualities are we looking for?
• We are always looking for help! There is a red banner on galaxy digital that has more information on how to refer volunteers. We are looking for volunteers with medical backgrounds, but it's not required.
• Update Minor Script Work- a- round
• Only if you are on the phone and continuing the call: you can update the age in the info tile, search the name or phone number, exit out of the tab and then re-open it, and it will update the script.
• Just be sure to leave a note disclaimer that you are on the call with the parent in case it rapid requeues.

4. Reach out to them and they can add you to their chatters

• Where can we find the debrief info?
• We use the same link each week, but we are trying to add that on to galaxy digital soon as well.
• What if you get a contact who is living in multiple states? ("Snow birds" who go south for the winter)
• Still proceed with the a Successful assessment
• You should let you supervisor know as soon as possible and we will follow up with their LHD
• See if you can get the zip code or county for where they are going.
• Just be sure to save very detailed notes as possible
• For students who are returning or in college: we want to stick with whatever county they are quarantining in.
