Long quarantine periods:
- positive case in the HH can cause this
- glitch that caused 823 contacts to be added from Bay and Sanilac Co. that should not have been
- let your supervisor know so we can take a look at it and escalate
Difficulty finding the right chatter:
- we are trying to decide whether to keep or delete old chatters based off of volunteer input

Should doctors offices/facilities like that notify their contacts?
- there is a bit of an expectation that they would but in reality they are not all on the same page with that
- the state is trying to put out more guidelines to get everyone closer to being on the same page
Possible CIW?
- these should already be checked off
CIW vs High risk setting:
- CIW they are essential for society to run, not always a high risk setting
- CDC is a good reference for ideas of what is considered CIW
Testing covered by Medicare?
- contact had a recent test done will a second one still be covered?
- look into that on https://www.medicare.gov/coverage/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19-tests
How reliable are antigen tests?
- we aren't sure exactly, varies by who does the test, how they do it etc.
- it doesn't count as "getting a covid test"
Suggestion:
- team new volunteers with vets
Pro tip:
- send the work exemption letter while you are still on the call, to make sure they do get the email
