Monday volunteer Debrief
- What happens If you see any odd scripting during your assessment?
- Inform your volunteer manager and provide the contact ID number. The volunteer manager will escalate to MDHHS.
Household members Review:
- Household members in the queue with the same phone number.
- If the outcome is marked as left voicemail, no answer, or did not complete call for the first contact in the household queues that contact will be locked for 3 hours. All other Household members will requeue to next available contact tracer or volunteer.
- The process will continue to repeat for all household members who share the same number.
- When checking the Applicable to household box in the notes does the system lock the rest of the contacts in the household?
- Notes work as a marker, once a contact queues to a tracer, they are not available to other contact tracers/volunteers.
- Once the outcome is marked as (Left voicemail, or no answer,) the rest of the household members will release in the queue to another tracer/volunteer.
- What happens if you are speaking with a household member and do not see the 2-1-1 referral in the script?
- 2-1-1 referral will appear in the last household members' script.
