Pick up hang up:

• see if you can call again maybe it was an accidental disconnection
• if they don't answer, leave a vm if possible

System update:

• a few LHD no longer providing work letters, instead they will be sending a different type of form
• this could cause some confusion, because we will still provide our work letters

Case investigators:

• larger amount of cases means they must prioritize who they reach out to first, ie. High Risk
• we will be noticing fewer household contacts
• if a person states they have tested positive, we should not be telling them that the LHD will for sure be contacting them, make use to pass along the importance of them isolating.

HH member recently tests positive:       

• it would be good to mention that they may need to quarantine for longer than what we have listed, try not to say much more than that, we can provide LHD phone number that they can call to verify how long it should be

New exposure, same script:

• Traceforce does not recognize when a contact comes into the queue for a second time months later but same contact ID
• sometimes they also the end date may also just be extended and it look like they've been in quarantine forever

• in traceforce at the top right click the ? then click Public Health Directory
• google is our friend!

Different end monitoring date:

• continue with the call, let them know we will check the dates for them
• let your supervisor know, we will escalate it
