- Escalate Supervisor Button should not be used
- Send contact ID to your supervisors. DO NOT send phone # or any names.
Household Requeues
- To prevent household requeues pay attention to previous notes.
- Mark All Notes for all the contacts if under same household
How To Refresh Chatter
- Manually close out chatter and reload it from email or bell notification
- F5 is refresh
- Right click on mouse
If you log back off and log back in it does not change your count of assessments.
Counties
- Pg 17 on Contact Tracing Handbook gives us counties that we trace and don't trace.
- We get all the contacts that needs to be traced
Notes
- We want detailed notes. Please be as detailed with your notes.
- We can use abbreviate notes like rrq for requeue or lvm for left voicemails but we recommend on being detailed.
- We are getting requeues fixed right now.
Update On Queue
- We brought more case investigators. It has been going up by 100s.
- Some of LHD are still overwhelmed and we are trying to get their cases with MDHHS.
- The whole household has been getting Covid instead of individually due to Thanksgiving.
- At MDHHS we are recollecting household contacts.
Incoming Calls
- Incoming calls are by people calling us back from voicemails
- Only supervisors get unknown #'s.
Changes for CDC 10 day quarantine
- We are not closing cases that we don't talk to on day eleven. if they don't have any symptoms.
- It will be changed as of next week but as of right now we will tell them its okay to stop quarantining.
