Process of getting into the Volunteer chatter:

Open Galaxy Digital Page "who's my supervisor?"

Click All Chatters

or

Click on Volunteer Chatter in the e-mail

This will open Traceforce. Right-click the menu bar and hit show as a tab.

Hit the down arrow on the menu bar and click Pin Tab and Chatter will always be there and pinned to the menu bar.

 

The Home page only shows tagged or things that you have participated in within the tab.

 

Text Message Issue Today:

We had a situation today where people reported that the text service was not working.

There is no workaround to tag everyone in chatter for an important message. Check the chatter every so often to check for announcements, like the announcement today about reporting the individuals having issues with text messaging.

We have not figured out the answer to why there are issues with texting. The collecting of data is to help figure out why this issue is occurring.

 

 

Do all questions have to go through the hotline?

 

The hotline is available to everybody. Anyone can use it. The chatter can be used to ask questions to a supervisor. The hotline can be used in place of a supervisor if the question is urgent. If you don't hear back from a supervisor, contact the hotline.

 

Can you rephrase the chatter sentence that all questions should go through the hotline? The way that it is worded is confusing and believed that the chatter can't be used.

 

People marking No Answer or Left Message

We should always assume people are dialing and doing the correct thing.

 

Vaccination

If someone is more than 14 days after their second shot and it has been more than three months, they don't have to quarantine. As time goes on, this will be adjusted.
