Here is the questions and answer for the volunteer debrief.
Q: How long should someone wait after they have had a contact to get the vaccine?
A: For people who are looking to get vaccines after they get exposed. They should wait until their quarantine period is over, and making sure that they do not have any symptoms when they go to the vaccine site.
Q: Why are we seeing notes without the time qued?
A: We are posting and making it aware in each chatter that this needs to be done. This way everyone is getting on the same page.
Q: Is there a waiting period after having Covid-19 to get a vaccine shot?
A: At this time not that we are aware. Peter is going to double check and make sure.
Q: A school says that a child can go back earlier by the school, what should we do?
A: If someone is told a different date than what we have in the system please reach out to your shift supervisor and we will can escalate it.
Q: Are we supposed to delete the pre call note?
A: We want to make sure that we are leaving the pre call note. After your call go underneath the pre called note, and leave the proper notes of what happened on the call.
Q: Should this pre call note be for just households, or everyone that ques in?
A: We should leave the pre call note for anyone that ques into our system to call.
Q: What if you come across someone for a follow up call in the English que, but they prefer Spanish, or Arabic?
A: Alert your shift supervisor, and they can actually escalate up in order to get the contact put into the que that they feel more comfortable speaking in.
