MDHHS is excited to announce a new partnership with Michigan 211 to help support Michiganders with COVID-19 quarantine and isolation needs. Contact tracing volunteers will now be offering transfers to 211 starting Friday July 31st, 2020.
Please watch the 10 minute training video on 211 Transfers. After watching the tutorial, review the 211 transfer job aid. The job aid can be used to help guide you through the full process in traceforce when a contact states they would like to be transferred to 211.
