New Volunteer Debrief Notes 07/22/2020 1:00PM
- We had 1 volunteer join in at 1:08PM. Barbara Hopps.
- Yesterday, Barbara was manually dialing from her phone prior to using the phone in TraceForce. She suggested that there be further clarification for new volunteers that they be sure to dial through the phone in TF, not through their phone app.
- Barbara suggested that the location of the Notes tile be moved above the Knowledge Article tile.
- This is because many volunteers will use a bigger font while dialing and the notes tile gets moved far down on the screen.
- She believes that it would be easily accessible especially considering that she seldom uses the Knowledge Article tile.
- It would also bring more attention to the Notes so volunteers are reminded to leave them.
- I told her that I would pass this along to the state in our next meeting because I personally love the idea.
- We went over how to double check your work before proceeding to the next contact.
- Barbara stressed the importance of communication and thanked us for the opportunity to volunteer.
