- If middle name is listed as critical infrastructure
- Escalate to supervisor and we will call
- Duplicate contacts in the system were accidently added this problem occurred Friday 7/24/20
- Attempts to clear the system of the duplicate contacts resulted in some contacts being reactivated when they should be close case/other
- Notes were left for some contacts and they were closed. They got reopened and should have been closed.
- All the duplicate cases now have notes now
- FAQ will be updated for the escalate to superior-critical infrastructure
- Rock Supervisors will escalate/call the critical infrastructure in the morning to prevent volunteers from seeing the contacts.
- If an escalate to supervisor contact calls in let them know that a supervisor will call them back
- Notify your supervisor so we can call
- Two calls at the same time
- Making an outgoing call and an incoming call comes at the same to the cell phone from private
- Most likely an isolated error where making a contact tracing call and phone got a personal call that created an error
- Test results
- Labs running tests are state and national labs
- Different turn around times
- State labs are turning around tests faster than the national labs
- Testing is different based on the location/county
- There is no adjustment to the monitoring period based on test results
- We will monitor for 14 days from exposure to Covid-19
- Positive case-case close other with a note
- We still want to follow up with someone after a negative test
- If having a difficult time answer specific questions let them know someone will follow up with them-escalate this case to your supervisor so someone can follow up with them form their local health department
- Tag shift supervisor in chatter with contact ID that a person needs a follow up
- Supervisors will forward cases to the MDHHS on call and then the LHD can call the person with detailed info
- If having difficulty answering questions let the person know you are a volunteer and they should follow up with their doctor or the local health department for specific information
- Can work on a system to confirm Local Health Department is following up-Follow up time from LHD to a contact could take some time and avoid saying a call back within 24 hours
- Try to keep it open ended "We will try to have your local health department contact you within the next couple of days"
- "I will escalate this to the LHD. They MAY give you a call. We might continue to monitor you through these calls as well."
- Always leave a note
