1p Debrief
- Positive Experiences
- Joanne Mcfall has done two shifts. People have been cooperative and helpful and has had positive experiences on their two shifts.
- Monica has had very positive calls.
- Can we call a contact back if we forget something, think of something or find information for them later?
- We want to avoid calling the contact back. Information that needs to be passed on can be put in the notes. We want to make sure we have all information given to the contact during the call and not have to call them back.
- LHDs are telling contacts not to get tested unless they have symptoms. LHD is also calling contacts before we contact them.
- Due to dwindling supplies, many LHDs do not want individuals to be tested unless they are displaying symptoms. This is to preserve the tests for individuals at risk. Also, LHD lets the contact know some small information and lets them know that contact tracers will be in contact with them, so it is normal for LHD to speak to a contact before we do. Also, if a contact said they spoke to a contact tracer, it is possible the assessment or note did not save. Regardless, continue the call as normal.
- Issue with phone numbers not working.
- Could be the phone number or the contact tracer. Check notes and try the number again.
- Getting a split household. Child is not marked as a minor.
- If you get in touch with the husband or wife, they can answer for all three members, the husband wife and child. Make sure to tag all members in the notes
- Changing the age on the upper right hand tile will change the script for the minor, allowing the script to be a minor script for all the information needed.
- Individuals who test positive.
- Enter the information into the notes and mark the outcome as Case Closed-Other. The individual will then be sent back to the LHD where they can get into contact with the individual who tested positive about who they have come into contact with.
- When does contact start date begin?
- Contact start date begins when the positive test is reported to the LHD.
- How are we doing with contacts and the whole campaign in general?
- We are able to reach every contact at least once a day and things have been going positively in contact tracing, as we also have many new volunteers.
