- Doctors are telling contacts that they are clear to leave quarantine or that they don't have to be tested?
- Escalate that to your supervisor and they will look into it.

- When the note says add to text but it's not in the script
- If you find out after you are on the call: Make sure you leave really good notes, inform your Sup and they can try to fix it.
- If you find out Before you call, change phone type to "Mobile" and refresh the page. It should come up then. If not, reach out to your Sup.
- Just a thought: adding in some verbiage about asking if the contacts are already aware of their situation
- Initial contact// Additional members in HH// the Applicable to all HH members box in the notes wasn't there for the HH members
- Could this be a side- affect for folks since v.3.3?
- Is this universal or case by case? Not everyone is having this issue but more than one person is having this issue
- We want to avoid opening individual assessments from the global info tile
- HH's are still breaking up for outcomes other than successful
- Contact Requeue's from a HH that didn't save for someone who just left a note
- Just leave a note and mark the outcome in accordance to the previous note left- no ned to call or work about it.

- What happens when you deny an incoming call?
- It's supposed to go directly to someone else, but if you are concerned, you can send that contact ID to your Sup if it was served up to you, and we can look into it.
- Will it be possible to take notes on the screen with a future revision? I miss this.
- There are some things in the works but as of right now, not yet.
- When the contact says the number we have is correct, you do not need to enter it into the script again.
- Reading the whole script for each person in a multi-people household
- Start but going through the main intro script with the first person, then ask the bulk of questions for the other members then share the final resources at the end.
- You don't need to enter the email for each person, unless they need letters sent to different emails.
- Does adding the update on the test results override previous answers?
- Take out the no option or maybe not use it if there was no change or mark in accordance to the previous answer?
- Suggestions: for opting out of text- do we have to use that specific verbiage about asking for texting (terms and conditions)
- Technology companies have their own regulations make this a policy that we have to say and use.
- This is the compromise that we've had to land on
- Do the texting and data rates still apply? It was removed from the script?
- Our guess is yes, and maybe it was taken out in error, the state will look into this.
- Recording the call: Our calls are not recorded or monitored
- When I sign up late for a shift, as I did today, which means I don't receive the "Check-in Now, Check-out" email--I always have to search and search to find where is "Check-in" on the website. Help, please remind me.
- It is in your Galaxy Digital profile under "track hours"-> Hour Type -> Opportunity- > Select day and shift and you can manual input your hours.
