Here are some questions from the debrief:
What about transportation assistance?
-Ashley will look into getting some resources for this
Can we see what the resource email that we send out looks like?
-Yes, this will be posted in galaxy
What to escalate:
-always welcome to ask your supervisor about anything you are unsure of
Volunteers do not like the voicemail message saying "we will call you multiple times"
-you can rephrase it if you would like but it will not be changed as of now, we are gearing up to be able to reach out more than once a day
What shows up on Caller ID when we call?
-Michigan DHHS Covid Help Team
-If they do not have caller id then 866-806-3447
I signed up for a shift an hour before hand, how do I get a supervisor?
-Galaxy will always have the supervisor schedule listed so you can contact them
